He Never finished the work. Received a message stating that the work was done and the technician never called or came back. This was after saying they came twice and that no one was home when we were home and they never called or came by. Sent a blank picture and second time a picture of a house that was not mine or anywhere near my home. No way to get in touch with anyone from this company. We have been waiting almost a month.

Quoted one price. Did no repair. Simple unplugged and replaced the machine, then tried to charge more than what I was quoted. So ridiculous.

From start to end this was the worst experience from a major chain. My Samsung washing machine broke after less than one year of owning it brand new. A part I thought was not something common to break broke. It was the counter balance weight. I called Samsung, who scheduled Sears appliance repair to come investigate. The technician showed up evaluated and said that it would cost more money to repair the machine, then initially purchased. I obviously declined repairs. At that point he said before he could leave he needed to receive payment. No payment was ever discussed and he said that he could not leave my home until he received his payment. I’ve tried to call the local number and speak to someone to resolve this issue, but it is impossible to reach someone locally and on a corporate level it was absolutely abysmal the response that I received.
