Sergio came out the second time to handle a new problem. Each time he was very efficient in locating the problem and solving it quickly. His work has left us very confident about the repair. He was also very pleasent to deal with.

First of all, I prefer the one on one personal call to gather info on the situation by Harold. He checked with me prior to showing up at my house. He verified the info that he was provided with versus what I actually had and he was updated by me because the info he was provided with by Sears dispatch was incorrect. I cannot understand the phone run-around that I get when trying to set up appointments (I'm talking about the AI program that doesn't help or address my issues as a REAL HUMAN might be able to provide).
