Steve came out on a service call on 7/15/23, he immediately introduced himself and I tried to guess where his accent was from (I guessed wrong, I said Australia but it was New Zealand). He then went to the washer room and began investigating the situation and gathering feedback from me. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and then tried to repair it. He then said that there were parts that he needed but didn't have on his truck and he would have to order them. He told me to keep track of them as they arrived. He said that I would receive calls to confirm that all of the parts had arrived and that himself or another technician would come to do the repair. Once confirmed that the parts had arrived, I set up another repair date. When he arrived he found that one of the parts was broken and he had to reorder it. After that piece arrived, Steve showed up on 8/4/23 and began working on the washer. I was at work at the time and was kept informed by Steve that he had begun working on the washer. Well, the job was completed and now we are back to using it. The experience was very made very enjoyable by Steve's diligence and effort in making sure that we had full use of the appliance. He gets nothing but 10's across the board!!!

Mario was very friendly and courteous. He thoroughly explained what was wrong with my washer and dryer, and what would need to be done to repair them. They are both working perfectly now, and the cost was reasonable.

Kevin has been to fix our ice maker several times over the past several years. He is always friendly and calls us to tell us about what time to expect him. He lets us know what the problem is and either fixes it right then or orders the necessary parts and comes back promptly to fix.
