Stove Repair
Vic was very personable and knowledgeable of our stove that he was repairing! He is a great people person and an awesome representative of his company that provides the highest quality of customer service. He's also a great Storyteller. Excellent work
James arrived earlier than expected. Listen to what I was saying what the problem was and he diagnosed that the problem was I'm fact the springs that I had originally requested on the precious claim to repair too but tech didn't replace them after replacing the spinner. He went right to replacing them and took little or no time to replace. Washer is now back working properly.

Excellent tech, but it's a shame he has been beating his head against the wall to get CHOICE to approve his diagnosis. The CHOICE claims guy he called actually hung up on him (and us) on speakerphone when he was trying to explain the issue and suggested calling his supervisor! He determined the evaporator also needed replacement, while the CHOICE claims guy was trying to pressure him to take a shortcut and just flush it out, even though that would involve more time and labor (and, based on his experience with these fridges, it was absolutely likely to need a new evaporator core, anyway). Disgusted with CHOICE this time. Moving on when my contract is over.

Very pleased with Huy's technical expertise/professionalism
I am dealing with an interrmittent malfunction in my main window unit, which was not happening on the day of my appt. Huy was unable to verify which part needed to be replaced, but felt sure he knows what the issue is. He spent the time necessary to diagnose and test the system, as well as to give me pointers that should help to reduce the frequency. With his expert knowledge, I feel confident that this issue will soon be completely resolved.
