Very professional
Vic was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was pleasant to be around but he also got the job done in a timely manner. If I need more repairs in the future I hope Sears sends Vic back to my house.

Disappointing that it took 4 weeks from the diagnosis to this point to find out that there is 1 part that is not in stock. After canceling our appointment at least 2 times and a month later we find out that the part needed is not in stock. Very disappointing in Sears that I thought was a reputable company.
