Scheduled repair
Shawn was very fast at repair and no issues with him. I do have issues with the people that are supposed to schedule work with technicians and are supposed to return calls to me to set up appointments. Your automated system is a failure and just loops out. I'm pretty sure no one will read this and us by some slim chance someone does, I'm pretty sure it will be ignored. Sears used to have a good reputation but now you are just out hoping to make lots of money with very little effort.

Friendly, Quick Response
Requested service on July 8th at 4pm. Technician scheduled for July 8th (8-5pm). Communications were great I rcvd a text at 7:30am that he was otw. At 8:15 he called to announce his arrival. Diagnosis took 10 minutes, he communication to resolve with AHS took maybe another 10 minutes. Easy Peasy, non hassle service.

Dryer repair
This was a repair to the dryer of a Maytag washer-dryer combo, and was a very difficult repair. Tyler and his assistant kept at it, and now the dryer works fine.
