4th time's the charm
Micah was the fourth technician we had to out for this issue. We had three different technicians out who all said different things in order to fix the problem. Micah seems to have fixed the problem thus far, at least. He was very helpful and seemed very knowledgable.

Dryer repair
Our Maytag dryer suddenly started making a loud screeching sound. It was a simple fix with a small part but getting to it required quite a bit of work. The repairman got the job done in no time and the dryer is back to top notch performance. My husband could have probably done the job but he said it would have taken him all day (with frustration for sure).
