4th try … different technician great results
This was my fourth attempt of getting my Samsung washer repaired. There had been three previous service calls with two different technicians. Today was the fourth attempt, but the first time this service technician had come out. He was the first technician to move the washer and look under the machine. He was polite, professional and Even though we had a minor language barrier, we were both able to communicate our needs and had the same goal was for the washing machine to be repaired. I'm able to wash my clothes for the first time in six weeks. I'm so very thankful for him.

Paul was great Choice not so much.
Paul was very helpful. Tried to resolve the ice maker problem but Choice reject the claim even though our fridge and icemaker are out of warranty.

Robert explained why my washer was taking so long to run the cycles. I'm having the soft water company to check the slow release of water to my washer. He is very knowledgeable, and a gentleman.
