Exemplary service in my kitchen
Floyd remembered that he had performed an appliance repair a few years back, when he came back today to fix my dishwasher. It had been left misaligned under the counter by a previous tech 3 days earlier. Floyd quickly established that it was a tight fit, and that the hoses were preventing the unit from sliding in all the way. He was able to adjust the hoses and the unit within the under-counter space, and complete the job within one hour. The dishwasher is now properly aligned and flush with the counter top. Floyd was skilled, efficient, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend him.
