Paul demonstrated that he has the knowledge, ability and the people concerns when he is doing his work. Very professional and courteous in every way and explains every detail of the work involved. He also lets you know about other Sears programs that are available. Should we be in need of repairs again I hope Paul is the person who comes.

Jose's service was satisfactory but your company's methods of communication is a bad joke! Nothing but redundant texts with no personal interaction when I had inquiries. Cost of refurbished parts are ridiculously excessive!
