Control Board on washing machine
Great work. I hope this is the long term fix for our washer as it took 6 months to fix due to searching for the part. In our Master Protection agreement, it states that after 15 days, if the part is not found, a new appliance is shipped to replace it. This did not happen. I'd like an answer to that question. Kyle was great, all other services over the last 6 months, were not. No washer for 6 months was horrible and I believe we should be given something special by Sears for this complete lack of caring, follow-up and downright breaking our agreement. I'd suggest that we be given our 2024 master service agreement free. This gesture would renew my faith in Sears in hope that no one else ever has to go through this again. Really horrible treatment.

Raul came over and was very cordial. He got to work on the problem and did not take long to find the trouble and repaired immediately. He gave me pointers on keeping problems like this from reoccurring. He was excellent and certainly knew his job.
