Oven Repair
Repair Technicians were great. The only complaint I have is the charge for the part was more than $300 over price of Sears Parts Direct. Same company as Sears Home Services.

Service Tech was great.
For whatever reason the home warranty company rejected the claim, the tech said he would call them and try to get it resolved. Waiting for a response from the tech.

Best service call EVER!
Called me to ask about the issue and to say he was on the way. About 15 minutes later he was here. Real nice guy and doesn't talk much. He listened to my full story about the problem, pulled wall oven out, checked the circuit board and fuses. Luckily it was a fuse link and he changed it out with a part from his truck. FIXED in less than one hour! BEST service call I've ever experienced. So happy to have called A&E!

Tough task which others fail to diagnose the problem he seem to have the expertise to fix the problem and got the washer to work properly after others have tried and kept ordering parts that was not needed

The seal on our refrigerator was very worn and torn in some places. Francisco showed us that this seal was not needed and was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend him!
