Marcos came the day after I initially called exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and proceeded to correct the issue in a very timely manner. Kyle is a very nice and respectful gentleman and an awesome technician! He fixed our refrigerator. His turnaround time was very fast. I called Sears on Sunday, Kyle was here on Monday, the part arrived on Tuesday, and Kyle was back on Wednesday to install it. I called that quick service! Great experience!! Thank you!

Zorn did a great job. He got here early and got everything done in a timely and professional manner. I just wish the whole experience had been that good. The 1st technician located the problem, but parts had to be ordered which took a week. When they came to put them in which they tried to reschedule, there was a part that wouldn't come loose. They had to order another part which took another week and finally today, Zorn got it finished. All in all, we were without a washer for over 3 weeks. We had to resort to a laundromat. I feel the time frame was unacceptable, but I didn't want to put that on Zorn.
