Terrific Service
Matt has finished repairing my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I was surprised that it needed parts replaced since it isn't old. He was polite, knowledgeable, & quick, Evan when he diagnosed the problem. A different tech said there was nothing that could be fixed-buy a new one. A dishwasher should last longer than 5 years. Thank you Matt & Sears warranty.

Excellent Service
The service for our refrigerator repair was efficient and finished quickly. The technician advised us that our compressor was still covered under warranty so we were just billed for labor. Thank you to both the technician who diagnosed our problem and ordered parts and the one who came today to install the compressor.

Great experience
The ice maker on our 9-yr. old Kenmore Elite fridge was making ice just fine, but made annoying, intermittent tapping noises at random. Larry diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement ice maker and returned three days later to install it. Working fine now, w/o the aggravating noise. Great job!
