Tech was great
Cinch is a slow processing home insurance. They took 2 weeks to repair my ac. I sweated it was horrible. Cinch is not worth having if it doesn't take care of customers. We pay every month n we r not late like cinch does to us.

Edgar J Technician Assessment
Edgar showed up promptly at 8:00 AM this morning and was able to quickly determine what was wrong with my 20-year old Kenmore washer. Unfortunately, it's the motor that finally gave out on the machine. Edgar gave me a cost estimate for repair, but the cost was more than I felt reasonable to pay for repairs. I have opted to look for a new washer. Edgar J was very helpful and cordial. I was grateful that he was able to attend to my concerns and questions first thing today.
