Claim due to issue with dishwasher
Rafael did a good job on fixing my issue and let me know what to do if issue starts again. The only con; He had me sign my name on his hand held Device without having me read the document I was signing. I did not see the document until I Recieved the email. Which i would have ask questions about it before I signed.

HVAC service provided
First of all it took approximately one month for my hvac unit to get repaired. Marcos the technician was readily available to repair my hvac. The delay was the order and arrival of parts. I recommend Cinnch meet with there distributors as to how to come up with a better solution to get the parts faster in order for prompt installation. This will improve customer satisfaction and better ratings. Nobody wants to wait a long period of time to get their appliances, equipment fixed. Especially an item like your refrigerator or HVAC!
