Both technicians. 100% a 5 star. This warranty process however is a different star. I don't know if it's Sears or through Lowes where I got the dryer but 3 weeks and 2 contractors later, is a joke. But the last contractor was fantastic.

The Tech was very good, he got the job done quickly and cleaned up. He was very friendly and when I asked him to show me what had to be cleaned to remove lint buildup in the dryer he did it and made sure I understood. What a good guy, all companies could take a lesson from him on what customer service should be!
