Fast, efficient, courteous service. The cost was quite a bit more than we expected, close to what I'd expect a new machine to cost, but the service was excellent.

Winfred is very knowledgeable and professional. However, this was the sixth time a technician (2nd visit for him) was here to remedy my non-working ice maker. This time he installed a new freezer door, and found that the shelves in that door are different from my prior freezer, and those are no longer made. Now I'm getting a new refrigerator/freezer (I hope). Sears was not even aware of this situation - they should have known this from the beginning of this fiasco.
