There are two separate comments I like to provide. 1. Juan technician was absolutely fantastic. He knows his craft. He fixed our problem and through it with a friendly smiling attitude. He is a Gem. Your previous tech Jorge was not skilled and let us to waste $ for replacing a part that was not the problem. 2. Your customer service site is outrageous. One has to go through Merida of options and after some frustration repeating the same set of answers, get to someone overseas who are like a bunch of robots. I’ll give that service a big F. If you want customer friendly service, you need to make it easy to make appointment etc. I was very very frustrated and never seek your service if I have other options.

We want to thank Juan, once again, for the absolutely wonderful service he provided us today on our refrigerator repair. He took the time and the persistence to locate the real problem after initially finding a potential source of a plugged drain. The initial find was not the actual problem and Juan investigated further after considerable time and effort and found a much more serious problem. He corrected it, got everything operational again and cleaned up afterward. My husband and I were impressed with his professionalism, his care and his friendliness. Thank you, Juan!
