Good technician, bad support.
Our washer has been down since June 1, every time Robert C. came in to work on it, he needed to order parts. We received several parts that were wrong, or broken; this caused the repair time to be delayed to almost two full months: 6/1/23 to 7/27/23. Once we had the right parts, there was an additional problem with the washing machine; another order, another week and a half. Finally, this morning we had all the right parts and Robert was able to finish the repair. So far so good, the washing machine is working fine. Now if I could get a way to throw all the deffective or broken parts away; these parts are too big for our trash can, and being disabled makes it hard for me to move them around to the trash collection sites.

Repairman review
Bad. Took 5 months to get parts needed. Robert the Repairman did not complete the job and left in a hurry. He closed the ticket and have not been able to get someone to help me reschedule.
