took the time to put the rubber gasket correctly on the washer. The tech that came out before did not but it on correctly.

The repair man was awsome great attitude and machine was fixed promptly. The other side of things i.e scheduling, and having no tech show up when I waited all day because my appointment was never inputed and then rescheduling blah blah blah. I waited almost 4 weeks for a 15 min repair. Never again will I buy something that needs service by sears or from Lowe's.

The repairman was very good but Sears was terrible about the scheduling. Kept canceling my appointment had to wait about 2 week which is sorry service.
