David has always done a great job. This time after he left washer wouldn't work. So I still have a non working washer.

Not Repaired
The machine is still having the same issue. I felt that the repair person had already made up his mind that it is errors on our part and not the machine. Therefore the issue wasn't properly addressed. It's still not fixed.
