Tech was very attentive to what I said about the problem. Verified that I have nothing to worry about. If and when something goes wrong I would personally like to speak with an American. Had difficulty explaining what was happening to my AC with the rep on the phone when I called.

Carlos is very professional. He did the job without any issues. Cleaned up after himself. I did have the washer repaired earlier in the month under the warranty by another company. They replace the same part. Carlos said that the ones that they put in are either used or defective. He had the part on his truck and I was very happy with the service.
