Rafael, or Ralph as he preferred to be called, has been with SHS for 29 years and really knows his business, inside and out, not to mention that he is as professional and pleasant as they come. We'll be replacing out 20-year-old Jenn Air appliances and will be asking for Ralph to install them.

Replacement of compressor on Kenmore fridge
Mr. Rangel lept me informed of his ETA, was on time, dressed professionally and his van was clean. He worked with my Home Warranty Insurance, got the approval and replaced the compressor. I cannot wait to refill my fridge and to get back at a normal life!
