Awful service
1st appointment was excellent, parts ordered and received. 2nd appointment was cancelled the day of scheduled installation without explanation, called the service number only automated recording can't speak to a person. 3rd appointment showed but didn't have part the service tech asked for the part back because it wasn't authorized. Refrigerator was not fixed after a month of appointments.

Technician,Mark arrive at 110pm . Friendly ,courteous,clean,. He identified issue and replace parts that I receive in the mail. The microwave works after 3 months.
