Thank you for sending Mark he is the only tech that finally fixed my ice maker & did not need all those extra parts the other techs ordered very professional & friendly after 4 techs mark fixed it in 25 minutes thank you keep him for sure ok

He was very patient and most knowledgeable and it took him a little bit, but he finally figured out what was wrong. It's not my washer. I have a bad cord which is not covered under warranty, but the service was wonderful and he was right here when he said he was supposed to be and I'm sorry it wasn't covered because I live on a very small income, but you know I feel better now that I know what's happening instead of me continuing trying to swap extension cords and maybe setting something on fire Thank him again for me and God bless y'all
