I was told that it would be $129 for the diagnostics. I was billed additionally for labor. That is deceptive. You suck.

I still do not have a working ice maker. After days of being told my appointment was at a certain time then changing over and over it was canceled by the service man. Sears has my $800 and i was left sitting. I would have thought better of Sears
