Refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, was making loud noise.
Chris was very professional, very perceptive to our explanations of the problem and explained what he thought the problem was. He showed us and explained his steps to fixing it. So far it is working great.

Christopher was very helpful and let me know why he couldn't fix my microwave. I give him a 5. The only thing I don't like is he could not fix my microwave because it did not have the model number on it. I pay you every month and I don't feel that this is right.

Eric was great and prompt. Disappointed you all do not have a contract with whirlpool to fix the issue. Had to call the company directly. It is what it is but I'd recommend a contract with whirlpool so they can fix the issue. Thanks again Eric for your time!
