Robert did a great job repairing my washer. He was quick and very thorough. Very happy with his work. Not satisfied with the company and the timing of the work. They cancelled on me twice for repairs.

To start off with he showed up to my house sick snotting and coughing the whole time. After 2 visits my refrigerator is still broke and when asked to fill out paper work by warranty Co he simply stated I do not do that so it is on your home warranty. It is up to them and left. He asked me to sign his phone when he got there for repairs only to receive an email stating he told me there could be damage well that was inaccurat since he never mentioned possible damage. Just a way to cya when he really did not just made it look as if he did. Sears you need to do better.

I’m a senior citizen who is being taken advantage from your company man you had scheduled to service my appliance Til today that service has not been completed. My name/initials were forged without my knowledge. I am still needing resolution for my contacted warranty.
