The Best Co-Payment
The tech though arrived earlier, he spoke with me on the wifi system and stayed till I arrived. He was professional and shew her id card as well as the fact that he came in company's vehicle. He was very professional and identified the problem and hlped resolved it. He also helped in moving the trays to proper alignment. The freezer is not over cooling anymore. He seems to know his chops. I give him 100% for not just doing the job but also for the professionalism, kindness and respectful of the home.

Gary is an incredible refrigerator repair specialist.. he's been doing this for over 30 years and it shows. Totally professional, leaving no stone unturned in identifying and then solving the problem. I consider myself fortunate that Gary was the guy sent ny Sears.

Professional and efficient with other issues.
Frank was a great technician to work with. Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with Sears home services in general and have not been able to get a previous issue resolved. They took hundreds of dollars and never came back to fix my dishwasher. There is no one that you can speak to as everyone is run by AI in there service organization. I would not recommend Sears.

The World Needs More Franks
I am so thankful that Frank came to our aid! He came out to install a part that had been ordered by another technician beforehand. Not only did he note that the new part was the wrong color, but he also diagnosed that actual problem, which did not require any parts, only maintenance. In addition to his expertise, Frank is a true professional; his manner toward me, my family, and our home was so refreshing, and truly appreciated. If we had more people like Frank in the world, it would be a whole lot better. Thank you so much Frank!

Frank was great
Frank was a great technician who was very professional and knowledgeable. My only comment is that Sears Home Services isn't even Sears - it's a name being used and you CANNOT speak to anyone actually working for your company but a call center overseas. VERY frustrating. But Frank was great and not responsible for SHS crappy customer service policies.
