To say that my general experience with sears home services as a whole was very disappointing is an understatement but Billy absolutely saved the day. He has been so kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to complete my service. Thank you Billy for getting my HVAC back on track after 24 days of no air! He's the best of the best and deserves a raise!
