John did an excellent job. He kept me informed during the afternoon on his arrival time. He checked the fridge and gave me results. Unfortunately, the compressor was gone and it was too costly to replace. I appreciated his input and was happy to pay him for the information.

Polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Arrived promptly, found problem, informed me of what needed to be ordered, ordered it and informed me that he would come back before 5pm and the awesome thing he did was to show up to complete the repair even though it was late 😀 I highly recommend John.
