The repair man was very knowledgeable and quick with his assessment. The only thing I wish you could give the person waiting for Repair persona better time slot example 8 to noon or noon to four. So that I could delegate the day better

Billy, the tech, was great! Isolated the cause of our problem within 10 minutes. Unfortunately he could not replace the 220v breaker at that time. Cinch warranty company is the worst company we have ever dealt with.

Would have loved a time frame that was less than 12 hours. Because I felt like I had to stay home the whole day and the technician did not arrive until then 12th hour. But service was great and fast.
