Followup Service Call on Samsung Dishwasher
Mike was polite to me and knowledgeable about my dishwasher issue. He efficiently called the warranty company, FAHW, effectively explained the problem over the phone and then clearly gave me an agreed-upon solution that FAHW will replace my dishwasher because repair parts are unavailable.
