About a year ago the tech that was assigned to do service on air-conditioner did not come.I tried calling several times but no answer or response after leaving my name and phone number.

The technician was rude. Kept asking me about the stove. I told him you should have the info. After he finished, he asked did you pay your warranty in full. I told him you check with the company to see if it was paid. Then he said these parts are expensive. I’ve never had comments like this made. I told him I don’t think you would be here if you weren’t supposed to. He needs to brush up on customer service skills

Trip fee is too expensive after paying monthly membership and nothing was done. Repairman was great, but I had to spend an additional $60 at Home Depot to get a filter for my refrigerator. I am out of $160.00. Not good.
