Frank was here when he said he would be and assessed the issue quickly, He let me know that the warranty company would have to give the okay for the parts. He came back quickly to let me know that they approved the request. His second visit was on time, short and sweet. Great Job!!!

CLEAN CLOTHES

My stackable Washer/Dryer unit that we use upstairs to wash our towels and linens stopped working a while back. We finally made a request for repair. The technicians made a few part changes but finally discovered 1 last repair—a very small part had broken—that finally got it up and running. They were diligent and displayed very professional attitudes during the process.

The service provided was excellent. The technician checked the washer and determined the problem. He then explained the issues and advised how American Homeshield would remedy the problem. I felt very comfortable and confidant with his service.

Very nice guy. Does all he can do

The refrigerator is a lemon my opinion. We've had 4 complete ice makers replaced, one Logic Board and one Motor system. Still broke. Something is definitely wrong. Samsung assistant is useless.
