Unacceptable Company, Great Technicians
Justin F was great and the technician during the first appointment over three weeks ago was very nice. Justin fixed my dryer promptly and was very explanatory with what was wrong with my dryer. However, my experience with your company has been nothing short of unacceptable. On my last appointment, nobody called or showed. It's been a nightmare to speak to anyone since everything is automated. Your company rescheduled over a week out after you were a no show and no call. I called the warranty company and they were finally able to stay on the line and connect me to a live person. I requested to be contacted on a Monday by a technician since rescheduling me the following Tuesday was unacceptable. Nobody ever called at all. I feel like I was treated poorly and unfairly. It took three weeks for my dryer to be fixed. The Better Business Bureau should be notified about this unacceptable service. I have never been treated like this by a company before.
