Justin was very professional and listened to me as I explained my issue/past repairs of dryer. He performed his diagnostic checks and fixed what was causing dryer issue. My clothes are drying and there is no vibration noise. I'll request Justin F and A&E for my home warranty appliance repairs if needed in the future.

Billy Review....
I was relieved when I saw Billy's name appear on the Sears email that told me who was coming to check our central heat & air unit. Billy's been to our home on multiple occasions over the years, and he's always first class all the way... on time, curteous, takes his time and works to fix the issue.... Bottom Line -- I trust Billy! If we have another reason to need Sears again regarding out unit, please... send Billy again!
