Great service
Roger was courteous and professional. Took his shoes off and cleaned the area after work was done. Explained what was wrong and replaced the part right away. Definitely would welcome him back if i needed anything in the future

I don't understand the problem Roger said it was bied up of dishwashing soap. I have never used anything but cascade packets. scheding was way off.

Very nice service but overall experience was a waste of time
My microwave broke almost 2 months ago and I had my first service appointment mid July. There was an issue with a shipped part and I couldn't speak with anybody in customer service (called 3 different numbers and did 2 online chats). All necessary parts weren't ordered first time around. Had a total of 4 house visits, and during the 4th one (8/2/23) I was told the microwave needed more parts. Asked for a refund of parts and cancellation of service so I could just buy a new microwave. Initial refund amount was incorrect so I pulled up the receipt on my phone and had to ask several times to be refunded the correct amount.
