New Ignitor installed on GE Wall Oven
The ignitor on my microwave went out over a month ago and was assigned to Sears. Representative came out and determined that the ignitor and another part was needed and had to be ordered. he advised that the parts had to be ordered. returned about 2 weeks later and parts not here. He said he would get the parts himself. It has been another 2 weeks since Rodney came today and completed the job that the other technician failed to do. Rodney did an excellent job because repairing the oven required removing it from the wall which had not been communicated to Rodney by the initial technician. This was a difficult job for one technician but Rodney did an outstanding job alone. He is an asset to the company.
