Excellent tech
Your phone system is flawed. I was asked to call if all parts had arrived. I attempted 4 times and each time was taken to a voice prompt that do not allow me to answer parts arrival. Thus my appointment was cancelled after I waited for tech until 3:00 when was asked to reschedule. I understand why you have a voice activated system but it has serious limitations.
