Dryer repair
From the beginning when I filed a request for service, the service technicians starting with Kyle ( 2 visits) then Kent were nothing but exceptional. The 1st visit by Kyle he replaced a switch and belt which he believed was the cause. Unfortunately a complete resolution was not accomplished and Kyle made a 2nd visit where he determined that the dryer needed additional parts which he ordered as the dryer was old and parts needed to be ordered thru the warehouse. Parts arrived the following Tuesday and Kent along with an apprentice showed the following day, installed the parts and were gone in 30 minutes. Very professional on all counts.

We've had 3 techs over 8 visits since December 2022. We couldn't be happier with the their Rule Out guidance & diagnostic experience. Collectively we've come up with a resolve & work around to the manufacturer's known issues. Thankfully, all work was warranted under the extended plan we took. The manufacturer had no "kit" available for a known issue. Great job A&E
