The technician was polite, professional and knew his job. He came later than he was supposed to but he kept me updated throughout the day and did arrive and fix the washer. That said the tech was great but the review below for the customer service still stands, they need to do a lot of work before convincing me otherwise. I was not happy, having been in the service repair business for 40 years, the way they run their service dept is not the way to keep customers. It’s nearly impossible to speak with a real person unless you schedule a new repair for a different appliance. I can’t even rate the service because all the negatives that accumulated over 3 months waiting for them to come out can’t be erased from one visit and even that one they couldn’t make it when they said they would. Yea they eventually did the repair but at what cost? I’ll never call them again and I’m probably going to cancel the service. I’m not a happy customer. Ben came and did the job that shoulda been done at the very least 2 week’s ago when a replacement part showed up. The time I took off to be there when they said they’d come, the trips to the laundromat and the countless loads we took home to wash can’t be compensated for. I’d like to to close with if you can’t do the job tell me, don’t tie me up for weeks with false promises and empty guarantees, be transparent and help me get the appliance repaired.
