I've used this company several times. Service has been okay until this past time. Whirlpool dryer clicks, doesn't start. Technician was scheduled between 1-5PM...he called saying he'd be there around 6PM. Showed up shortly after 6PM. Told him we thought the dryer door wasn't shutting like it should. He looked at it...took off top of dryer and hit power button and start. The control board gave a click but the dryer didn't start. He immediately said "control board is bad". I asked how. he knew and he said because "did you hear that click? The board's bad". Then he looked it up and said we don't carry that part and can't get it. My wife said "So you're telling us we have to replace this dryer?" He said we could probably go online and find the board on Amazon. Sure enough, it's all over the internet. So he said we could order the board. I've replaced many circuit boards in my career, so I ordered the board. Came in and replaced it. Same exact problem still exists. I'm calling them back and having them return. Paid the $120 diagnostic fee. He's now scheduled to come back tomorrow between 1 and 5PM again. It'd be nice if they would call to see what the problem is before coming out and possibly have a few parts! Last time when he call to tell me what time he was coming, I asked if he carried parts. He said "No, I have a rental car". Not impressed. There are two switches on the front door of the Whirlpool Duet. On clicks when you push in at the bottom, but don't feel the top switch really making contact. Google says most problem with dryer clicking or not starting is: 1. Front door switches 2. Thermal switch 3. loss of 22VAC Let's hope this gets resolved. May not use them again if it doesn't.

Terrible experience. My stove was working when he came, but when he left, my stove was inoperable at all. 4 hours later, I still haven't heard from the company about replacing my stove.

No stars ! Worst service I have ever employed to do repairs. Since late August been dealing with canceled and no show appointments! Waiting on parts that are already here and Today sent the wrong technician! I’m done

Less than poor, Beyond disappointed, the technician was not knowledgeable about the appliance even with the pictures, brand, model and serial number added prior to the visit. It was apparent that the technician had not even looked up the appliance for the repair. The left side door simply needed adjusting and to level the refrigerator at the bottom raising the wheels off the ground. The technician simply looked at it and said that he could only guarantee the leveling because he did not have the tool for our Whirlpool Fridge. Furthermore, it was a $119. Service Charge just for him coming out and if he began the adjustment and leveling, the price would go up to $371 with no guarantees. I was more disappointed with the Technician than anything. I paid the $119 and I will not be using or referring this service to anyone else let alone my neighbors. And I learned of the service because a technician was lost on yesterday and I gave him directions to a backyard neighbor while snapping a picture for myself. Bad job!!!

After setting a repair schedule, parts were ordered and installation date set. Parts never arrived. Appointment was canceled, parts reordered and mailed new appointment set. Install began, wrong parts ordered but still installed nothing was reported. Learned after I reviewed the work when I got home. Job closed. Additionally trim board was not installed and appears that screws are missing
