My service technician Stephen was excellent. He was very polite and time efficient. However I do not understand why the company give an appointment for service hours 8 to 5 and then we are left waiting all day. Why can't a more specific time be given so a day won't be wasted

Great guy!
Kim was the best! He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem, which was poor assembly from the factory, so no parts were even needed. The first repair service (different company) just threw on a new part, which only masked the real problem for another few month.

refrigerator repair
Without our knowledge, ice formed under the drawer of refrigerator. It clogged the drain and we had water seeping out onto our floor. Our repairman was great, explaining what happened and how we can prevent it from taking place again.
