Andrew arrived and serviced my A/C unit on July 16th. He was very nice. He couldn't accept cash. His system rejected my perfect check and also refused to accept my perfectly good credit card. He struggled with that stupid Sears system for an hour and a half. It took a half hour for me to complete all their required information on his company cell phone. It was a nightmare.
