This was a very pleasant experience. The service technician that responded was EXCELLENT! He was very customer-focused and professional as well as very courteous. He was knowledgeable and went right to work, suggesting other solutions as well. He diagnosed the problem quickly and affected a repair in no-time! I highly recommend this technician for ANYONE needing competent service.

It appears that the service repairman corrected the problem. However, we do have to wait 24-48 hours to be certain that ice is being made. He was a very nice repair man.

Dryer Repair
We are very satisfied! Our dryer started making a squeaky noise that would come and go. It eventually stopped squeaking and the drum stopped spinning so the dryer would not start. We called Sears Home Repair and scheduled an appointment. They were able to come on the same day and repaired our dryer with no problem. They were very professional and courteous. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain the problem and show me exactly what was wrong. They had the part needed on their truck so we didn't have to wait. They were able to repair the dryer at a fraction of the cost to replace the dryer with a new one. I would highly recommend Harvey and his associate, and would also recommend anyone check out their home warranty services. It's unbeatable!
