Warranty repair, washing machine
Technician was very thorough. His appearance when he arrived, was very professional, he told me his name, and what he was there to do. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. I do not like the way the scheduling is set up. Anywhere between 8 and 5 PM. He did call 30 minutes ahead his arrival. My time is valuable also. This is no way to schedule an appointment.
