DAVID IS EXPERIENCED WITH ELECTRONIC ISSUES
While other Sears Technicians attempted multiple times and were unable to fix an electrical/computer board issue I had with my Kenmore Elite Dishwasher, and other techs simply kept cancelling appointments on me instead of asking for help, David was extremely knowledgeable about the electrical workings and had the proper tools to fix the issue in about 30 minutes. While DAVID gets 5 STARS. Sears home warranty gets 0 STARS. Your team lacks communication between departments and their knowledge on the processes for handling escalated issues is severely lacking causing headaches and frustration for customers. You also need to provide other phone o ptions for speaking with a real person. I had to get a different number from a tech to find someone to speak with live. It should have never taken 4 MONTHS to get my dishwasher fixed. SEARS HOME WARRANTY should do a better job at 1) educating it's technicians about how to fix the types of jobs they are assigned to, 2) providing them with the proper tools to do all of those jobs EFFICIENTLY and 3) train your support staff, customer service staff and technicians on how to handle jobs that a tech can't find a solution to. I was asked at my first visit if I would like to purchase home warranty services on my other appliances and I'm very glad I said NO!

Was On Time Called And Gave An ETA A Few Hours Before Arriving. Went Stright To Work And Within A Few Minutes. The Problem Was Fixed He Double Checked Everything Too Make Sure Everything Operated Perfectly!! Highly Recommend SEARS HOME PROTECTION They Are Truly Second To None!

Annual maintenance for heating system.
