Anthony took his time to access the thermostat and unit to make sure everything would work properly. He took the time to answer all questions that I asked of him and he explained each question in detail for me to understand. I would prefer Anthony for all my heating and air needs. Anthony is an amazing tech!!

Dryer Repair

Marlon E was absolutely outstanding. He called promptly to notify he was coming and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He repaired my dryer appropriately once all the parts were sent correctly. So Marlon's service was great but Sears support was well below my expectations of the warranty. Sears support sent the wrong parts or not the entire part on three separate times. So Marlon had to come to my house 4 times to repair the dryer which could have been done much more efficiently. There is a disconnect with the parts being ordered, receiving the parts, and then the repair tech (Marlon) being able to do his job. One appointment I have confirmed was cancelled because Sears support did not have confirmation the part had been received. Therefore, my appointment was pushed back 2 more weeks. Again, disconnect with Sears service. Hard to believe since you send me numerous emails to confirm appointments. Happy with my repair tech (Marlon) but very dissatisfied with Sears service for this repair!
